I think it’s helpful to transfer your answers to the pdf before you exit the block (and they disappear). Also I like to annotate things and I’m pretty sure this is allowed so here’s the Free120 in pdf form WITH THE ANSWERS!!! Don’t look if you haven’t done the real Free120 yet. I ended up taking screenshots of all my answers before leaving a block. There’s only the percentage you got correct. Once you leave a block you will not be able to go back and see what answers you selected at the end. the Step 1 tutorial and practice test items that are provided on the USMLE website well before your test date. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you at least do the tutorial before test day so you can add the tutorial time to your break time. the ONLY practice exam that mimics the format of the real deal, including the way highlighting works and the way murmurs are played. Looking back at these pdfs maybe one or two of the pictures were on the exam? But I could be thinking of the NBME form I did in the week prior. A friend who took it two weeks prior said there were word for word questions from the Free120 and pictures from the new NBME forms. At no point did I see a question on the exam and think “I’ve seen this before!” but also my memory doesn’t work like that and I may not have noticed. At the end I included some medical podcast recommendations just for the heck of it. Each session will have 40 or fewer questions.
